Huntingdon takes basketball weekly honors
LaGrange, Ga. - The Great South Athletic Conference has released its basketball honor roll for the week ending Feb. 12. Huntingdon's Dusti Doss and Allen White took the player of the week honors.
Doss, a freshman center, averaged over 15 points and seven rebounds per game in three games last week. She had a double-double of 24 points and 14 rebounds against Spelman.
White, a senior guard, averaged over 23 points per game in three games last week. He scored a career-high 31 points against Maryville. He shot almost 50 percent from the floor and hit 28-of-31 free throws last week.
The Great South Athletic Conference is an athletic affiliation of eight NCAA Division-III member institutions in Alabama, Georgia, and Tennessee.
