Piedmont's Baldonado named volleyball player of the week
Sophomore setter Tyler Baldonado of Piedmont is the GSAC player of the week for the week ending Oct. 14. Baldonado had 101 assists in three matches last week, averaging over 11 assists per game. She also had 12 kills and a .500 hitting percentage, to go with 19 digs and five service aces. Baldonado is second in the GSAC in assists per game, averaging 9.93. She has 864 assists on the season.
