Piedmont's DeMarrais named volleyball player of the week
Freshman outside hitter Kalin DeMarrais is the GSAC player of the week for the week ending Sept. 30. DeMarrais had 34 kills, a .440 hitting percentage, 48 digs and 17 service aces in four matches. DeMarrais leads the Lady Lions with 146 kills. She is tied for second in the GSAC in hitting percentage and is in the top 10 in kills and service aces.
