Piedmont's Baldwin repeats as men's basketball player of the week
Piedmont College's Jake Baldwin is the GSAC Men's Basketball Player of the Week for the week ending Nov. 25. This is the second week in a row the senior forward has taken the honor

Baldwin tied his own school record with 42 points for the second time this season in a 93-91 win over Birmingham Southern at the Black Tie Classic. He scored the game-winner at the buzzer for the Lions. Baldwin was named to the all-tournament team.

For the week, Baldwin averaged 31.7 points per game in three games. He was 35-for-53 from the field for a .660 shooting percentage and 22-of-31 from the free throw line for a .710 shooting percentage. Baldwin leads the GSAC with a 34.2 points per game average this season.

Baldwin was the GSAC Co-Player of the Year last season. He led the GSAC in scoring and rebounding, averaging 23.7 points and 9.0 rebounds per game.
