Piedmont's Sosebee takes women's basketball player of the week honors
Piedmont College's Nikki Sosebee is the GSAC Women's Basketball Player of the Week for the week ending Dec. 2. The senior led the Lady Lions to a 2-1 record last week.

Sosebee averaged almost 13 points per game and 11 rebounds per game last week. She recorded her 1,000th career point in a win over Warner Southern. Sosebee had two double-doubles against Warner Southern and Oglethorpe. She has 27 double-doubles in her career.
