Huntingdon's Pittman named men's basketball player of the week
Huntingdon College's Jeremy Pittman is the GSAC Men's Basketball Player of the Week for the week ending Feb. 10. This is the second time this season the senior has won the award.

Pittman led the Hawks to a 2-1 record last week. He averaged 21.3 points and 9.7 rebounds per game in the three games. Pittman had double-doubles against Fisk and Southeastern Bible. He had 25 points and 11 rebounds against Fisk, then scored 18 points and had 11 rebounds against Southeastern. Pittman finished the week with 21 points and seven rebounds in a GSAC win over Piedmont. For the season, Pittman leads the Hawks in scoring, averaging 15.8 points per game.
